- Help those who want to ensure a viable, just and sustainable future for their enterprises, their communities, their states and, ultimately, the whole human family
- Help 21st Century leaders to 'kick' the Command and Control habits of mind and learn how to use systems thinking to lead highly participative processes of total system transformation.
- Provide a place where systems thinkers can launch and orchestrate attacks on - 'kick'- the Command and Control model of leadership wherever and whenever they identify its anti-human and anti-Gaian consequences.
- Act as a hub for a global anti-Command and Control, pro-Gaia, pro-humanity, pro systems-thinking, learning community.
BLOG: Post that article or essay about Command and Control Leadership OR add a comment to an existing blog.
FORUM: Ask a question, raise an objection, offer a warning, curl a lip, and get it off your chest.
EVENTS: post your information about Leadership events anywhere in the world.
FINANCING: If the KCC campaign is to succeed it will need to broaden its range, set up Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian versions and co-create a global uproar as soon as possible. And, apart from a lot of knowledge, energy and creativity, it will also take lots and lots of money.
So,please, dig deep, seriously deep. The sooner we have the resources to challenge and change the global leadership culture, the quicker we will be able to think, act and learn together to co-create viable, just and effective human societies.
