- Provide a place where systems thinkers can launch and orchestrate attacks on - 'kick'- the Command and Control model of leadership wherever and whenever they identify its anti-human and anti-Gaian consequences.
- Act as a hub for a global anti-Command and Control, pro-Gaia, pro-humanity, pro systems-thinking, learning community.

FINANCING: If the KCC campaign is to succeed it will need to broaden its range, set up Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian versions and co-create a global uproar as soon as possible. And, apart from a lot of knowledge, energy and creativity, it will also take lots and lots of money.
